Our Awards

The Maltsters Arms has received a number of awards since Peter and Helen took over, including:

* 'Best Pub Restaurant 2009' awarded by Silent Customer. This awards scheme takes a 'mystery shopper' approach to checking out both food and service so you can be sure it's based on a realistic experience.

* 'Best Newcomer 1999' and, more recently, 'Outstanding Achiever 2009', both awarded by Brakspears, for pubs within the Brakspears estate.

* Four Stars/Very Good 'Scores On The Doors' - awarded by the local Environmental Health inspectors annually for our high standards of cleanliness and diligence.
